Our thorough testing processes ensure that only the highest-performing hydrogen products meet our standards. This document outlines the terms and guidelines governing our business practices, product recommendations, evaluations, and listings on H2HUBB.

1. Product Recommendation and Evaluation Process

1.1 Recommended Product Company (RPC) Definition

H2HUBB evaluates, approves, and recommends hydrogen products based on performance and safety. However, our recommendations apply to individual products and not the companies that manufacture or distribute them. We perform preliminary research into a Recommended Product Company (RPC) to verify its integrity, marketing practices, and customer support. Despite this, H2HUBB does not assume responsibility for the RPC’s business operations or customer interactions beyond the scope of our evaluation.

1.2 Product Submission for Evaluation

To be considered for H2HUBB recommendation, companies must submit their hydrogen products for testing. Submission guidelines include:

  • Two (2) units of the product must be sent for evaluation. In the case of high-ticket items, one (1) unit may be accepted upon prior agreement.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the RPC.
  • H2HUBB retains all submitted products for future reference and potential re-evaluations.
  • The evaluation period typically spans 1 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the product and testing required.
  • A formal evaluation form must be filled before submission, outlining expectations and procedures.

1.3 Testing and Analysis

H2HUBB conducts in-depth testing on hydrogen products, measuring factors such as:

  • Hydrogen concentration and therapeutic dosage
  • Hydrogen flow rate and therapeutic dosage
  • Electrolysis efficiency (voltage, amperage, production rate)
  • Engineering and build quality
  • Product Functionality
  • Safety and compliance with industry regulations
  • Performance validation against manufacturer claims

All testing is performed using industry-accepted methodologies, including titration (H2Blue reagent), gas chromatography, electrochemical sensor testing, mass flow meters, and gas displacement testing for inhalation devices. H2HUBB ensures that all testing methods adhere to scientific standards to maintain accuracy and credibility.

1.4 Evaluation Outcomes

Following testing, H2HUBB provides an official report detailing:

  • Approval or rejection of the product for recommendation.
  • Justification for the decision, including specific performance findings.
  • Any necessary modifications or improvements required for approval.

Approved products are listed on H2HUBB’s recommended products page, while rejected products are provided with constructive feedback for potential resubmission.

1.5 Product Evaluation and Approval Policy 

All products submitted for H2HUBB evaluation and approval must be physically tested, regardless of any claims that they are identical to previously evaluated units. H2HUBB does not accept manufacturer or client assertions as sufficient evidence of equivalence. 

Products cannot vicariously benefit from the testing and approval of another product. Each unit must undergo independent, in-house testing to verify performance, safety, and compliance with H2HUBB’s evaluation criteria, even if an identical model has been tested in the past. 

This policy is enforced for the following reasons: 

  • Product variability – Manufacturers may alter specifications, components, or processes over time.
  • Model iterations and updates – Even minor modifications can affect hydrogen generation, concentration, or safety parameters.
  • Third-party replication – Some products are rebranded or replicated by different manufacturers, leading to potential discrepancies in quality and performance.

H2HUBB maintains a strict, evidence-based testing protocol to ensure the integrity of its evaluation process. Therefore, no product will be granted approval based solely on a claim of similarity to a previously approved unit. This policy upholds the objectivity and credibility of H2HUBB’s independent testing standards. 

2. Performance Standards and Product Ratings

2.1 Hydrogen Performance Standards

H2HUBB’s evaluation criteria align with IHSA and MHI guidelines for therapeutic hydrogen intake.

  • Minimum recommended daily hydrogen intake: 0.8 mg H₂, based on scientific research.
  • Hydrogen product assessments consider factors such as dissolved hydrogen concentration, gas production efficiency, and inhalation dosage viability.
  • Hydrogen technology assessment verifies that the product adheres to established standards for safely generating molecular hydrogen.

2.2 Performance Rating System

H2HUBB assigns a performance rating based on:

  • Hydrogen water products: Maximum mg/L concentration in 1 liter of water, assessed through multiple testing methods.
  • Hydrogen inhalation devices: Gas flow rate (mL/min) and H₂ percentage in the output gas mixture.

Ratings are periodically updated to reflect advancements in the hydrogen industry and ensure the latest research findings are incorporated into evaluations.

3. Recommended Products and Listings

3.1 Website Display

Approved products appear on the H2HUBB website with:

  • Product specifications and test results.
  • Independent performance validation.
  • H2HUBB review videos (if commissioned by the RPC).

Companies may request updates to their product pages by contacting info@H2HUBB.com. Any major modifications to an approved product must be re-evaluated by H2HUBB.

3.2 Accreditation Fees

H2HUBB’s accreditation fees are based on product evaluation, validation, and approval, not merely on sales commissions. While our accreditation fee may be derived from affiliate programs of RPC companies, H2HUBB is not bound by arbitrary stipulations within these programs that could result in the loss of rightful accreditation fees due to complex, restrictive, or unclear affiliate program policies.

H2HUBB is not a conventional affiliate that simply registers to promote a company’s product. We are a well-established, credible, and authoritative entity in the hydrogen industry, providing independent evaluations and expert validation of hydrogen products. Our accreditation fees reflect the value of our testing, recommendation, and professional credibility.

To ensure fairness, H2HUBB’s accreditation fees remain due for any product purchased by a consumer as a direct result of our recommendation, regardless of specific affiliate program policies. The only scenario in which an accreditation fee may be withdrawn is in the event of a returned product. If a product is returned, the deducted accreditation fee should be offset by applying the charge to the next referred H2HUBB consumer purchase to balance potential revenue loss.

H2HUBB must be compensated fairly in accordance with our standing in the hydrogen industry. Our fees and payments should not be regarded as those of standard affiliates but rather as compensation for the critical research, testing, and validation we provide to ensure consumers receive high-quality hydrogen products. Any attempt to withhold or unjustly deduct fees outside of returned purchases will be considered a violation of our terms, and H2HUBB reserves the right to take necessary action to protect its rightful earnings.

4. RPC and Consumer Relations

4.1 Customer Complaints

H2HUBB is not responsible for product performance beyond our testing. Consumers with concerns should contact the respective RPC directly.

4.2 Disputes and Legal Actions

  • H2HUBB is not liable for disputes between an RPC and its customers.
  • If an RPC faces litigation regarding a recommended product, H2HUBB may temporarily remove it from the recommendation list until the matter is resolved.

5. Exclusivity Clause

H2HUBB’s recommendations are non-exclusive. We may recommend multiple products within the same category but will not list identical products sold by different companies in the exact same region (e.g. USA). Priority is given to the first RPC that enters into a recommendation agreement with H2HUBB. Our goal is to maintain a fair and competitive evaluation process that benefits consumers.

6. No Medical Claims Policy

H2HUBB does not endorse or allow medical claims regarding hydrogen products. Any recommended product found making such claims may be removed from our platform. RPCs must ensure that marketing materials comply with legal and ethical advertising practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

H2HUBB is not responsible for any injuries, adverse effects, or damages resulting from the use of a recommended product. Our recommendations are solely based on whether a product meets our testing standards. We cannot ensure proper use of a product, adherence to safety guidelines, or protection against negligence or misuse by consumers. As such:

  • H2HUBB shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, health complications, or property damages arising from the use of hydrogen products purchased through our recommendations.
  • Users assume full responsibility for proper handling, usage, and adherence to safety precautions outlined by the product’s manufacturer.
  • By using H2HUBB’s recommendations, users agree that they cannot hold H2HUBB liable for any harm, and they waive the right to pursue legal claims against H2HUBB LLC for product-related injuries or damages.

8. Termination of Recommendation

Either party may terminate the recommendation agreement at any time by providing written notice via info@H2HUBB.com. Upon termination:

  • H2HUBB will remove the product listing within a reasonable timeframe.
  • All references to the product will be deleted from our platform.
  • Any outstanding fees or contractual obligations must be settled before termination is finalized.

H2HUBB remains committed to ensuring consumers have access to verified, high-quality hydrogen products. Our guidelines and evaluation processes are designed to maintain integrity, transparency, and scientific rigor in the hydrogen industry.
