01 What kind of company is H2HUBB?
H2HUBB LLC is a qualified hydrogen marketplace supported by an independent evaluation wing and an educational and promotional platform. Our role is to help consumers understand molecular hydrogen and identify hydrogen products that have been independently evaluated before being recommended within the H2HUBB marketplace.
H2HUBB evaluates hydrogen products using laboratory equipment, hands-on testing, product analysis, and internal performance and safety standards informed by published hydrogen research. Depending on the product category, we may evaluate dissolved molecular hydrogen concentration, total H₂ dose, gas-production flow rate, performance consistency, contamination concerns, product function, engineering, safety mechanisms, and other category-specific criteria.
Products that successfully meet the applicable H2HUBB standards can earn H2HUBB approval and become eligible for placement within our marketplace. From there, consumers can review product information, independent test results when available, current pricing, discounts, and direct purchasing options from the company that actually sells the product.
02 Am I buying the H₂ product directly from H2HUBB?
No. H2HUBB does not generally manufacture, stock, fulfill, or ship the hydrogen products listed within our marketplace. When you use a Buy & Save or similar purchasing link on H2HUBB, you are normally sent directly to the website of the independent company that sells the product.
H2HUBB's role is to independently evaluate products, publish useful product information and test results, identify products that meet our standards, and make qualified products easier for consumers to find and compare.
The seller or manufacturer remains responsible for the actual transaction, payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, warranty, returns, customer service, and other terms associated with your purchase.
03 What does H2HUBB Approved mean?
H2HUBB Approved means that the evaluated product successfully met the applicable H2HUBB performance and safety criteria for its product category at the time of evaluation. Approval is based on H2HUBB's independent review of the product rather than on manufacturer marketing claims alone.
The exact testing process varies by product type. Hydrogen-water products may be evaluated for dissolved H₂ concentration, total hydrogen dose, consistency, contamination concerns, operating cycle, and real-world use. Hydrogen-inhalation products may be evaluated for hydrogen-gas output, delivery characteristics, filtration, safety mechanisms, product design, and other relevant factors.
H2HUBB no longer uses the former Level 1–5 hydrogen performance-level system. Consumers should instead review the actual measured test results, H2HUBB approval status, product specifications, and the applicable H2HUBB performance standards when comparing products.
04 Does H2HUBB display every product it has tested?
No. H2HUBB does not publicly display every hydrogen product we have evaluated. Our public marketplace is intended to help consumers find products that currently qualify for H2HUBB approval and recommendation.
When a product does not meet the applicable H2HUBB standards, we generally provide the testing information to the company rather than automatically publishing a negative marketplace listing. This gives manufacturers an opportunity to understand the measured results and improve the product.
A product may also disappear from the marketplace for reasons unrelated to its original test performance—for example, a model may be discontinued, distribution may change, the company may request removal, a newer product may replace it, or H2HUBB may decide that the product or company is no longer appropriate for current marketplace placement.

05 Does H2HUBB only display H2HUBB test results?
H2HUBB places primary emphasis on our own independent evaluation and measured results. However, relevant independent documentation from other qualified testing organizations can also be displayed when it adds useful information for consumers.
For example, products that have applicable H2 Analytics testing or IHSA certification may have that documentation presented alongside H2HUBB's evaluation. The two types of information can be complementary: H2HUBB provides broader product evaluation and marketplace context, while specialized third-party laboratory or compliance documentation can provide additional verification in areas it specifically tests.
When comparing a product, consumers should look at the actual measurement method, test conditions, measured results, product version, and the organization responsible for the test rather than relying only on a marketing claim or badge.
06 What do H2HUBB product quality descriptions mean?
In addition to measured hydrogen performance, H2HUBB may describe the overall construction, intended use, engineering, features, and practical positioning of a product. These descriptions help consumers understand why two approved products may both meet the applicable performance standard while still differing substantially in build quality, durability, safety systems, features, price, or intended user.
Professional Grade
Professional Grade products generally represent more robust consumer or professional systems with stronger construction, additional safety mechanisms, higher-duty components, advanced functionality, or engineering intended for more demanding use.
Household Grade
Household Grade products are designed primarily for personal or home use and typically balance performance, practicality, ease of use, and price without necessarily including every feature found in higher-duty professional systems.
Quality-Engineered
Quality-Engineered products are intended to provide sound core function and reliable hydrogen performance with a more value-focused design. They may use simpler materials, fewer premium features, or less elaborate construction while still meeting the H2HUBB criteria required for approval in their category.
These descriptions should be read together with the actual H2HUBB test results and product specifications. They are not a replacement for measured performance.
07 Does H2HUBB make money when I purchase a recommended product?
Yes. H2HUBB may earn a referral or affiliate commission when a consumer purchases certain approved products through H2HUBB. We also ask approved companies to provide an H2HUBB consumer discount whenever possible so shoppers can benefit from using the marketplace.
Importantly, the commercial referral relationship is established after a product successfully qualifies for H2HUBB approval. A company cannot purchase a favorable test result, and referral compensation does not determine whether a product passes the independent evaluation.
This structure allows H2HUBB to continue independently testing products, maintaining the marketplace, creating educational content, developing research resources, and helping consumers compare hydrogen technologies while also giving qualified companies ongoing third-party visibility.
Some approved products may generate referral income for H2HUBB and others may not. Our goal is to recommend products because they meet the applicable H2HUBB standards and we believe they are appropriate options for consumers—not simply because a commission is available.
08 What happens if I am dissatisfied with my hydrogen product after purchase?
Your first step should be to contact the company you purchased the product from and explain the problem. Because the transaction occurs with the independent seller or manufacturer, that company is responsible for customer service, returns, repairs, replacements, warranty claims, shipping, and fulfillment.
H2HUBB's independent evaluation is designed to reduce uncertainty before purchase by measuring performance and reviewing relevant product characteristics. However, evaluating a test unit cannot eliminate every possibility of a defective unit, manufacturing variation, shipping damage, long-term reliability issue, or disappointing customer-service experience.
If you believe a product is materially different from the version H2HUBB evaluated, or you discover a significant performance or safety concern that may affect other consumers, you are welcome to contact H2HUBB. We may use that information when deciding whether a product should remain recommended or whether additional evaluation is appropriate.
09 Is H2HUBB liable for product safety, injury, or product failures?
H2HUBB is an independent product-evaluation, educational, and marketplace platform. We do not manufacture, fulfill, or directly control the hydrogen products sold by independent companies, and H2HUBB approval does not transfer the seller's or manufacturer's legal responsibilities to H2HUBB.
Product consistency and long-term performance
The unit a consumer receives may not be identical in every respect to the specific unit H2HUBB tested. Manufacturing variation, component revisions, storage, shipping, maintenance, age, and other factors can influence performance. H2HUBB therefore cannot guarantee that every unit sold will perform identically to the unit evaluated or continue performing at the same level indefinitely.
Proper use and maintenance
Consumers are responsible for following the manufacturer-provided operating instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, water requirements, replacement schedules, and other safety guidance. Misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or operation outside the product's intended conditions can change safety and performance.
Medical decisions
H2HUBB provides educational information about molecular-hydrogen research and product performance. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment plans, or provide individualized medical supervision. When H2HUBB discusses study protocols or hydrogen doses used in published research, we are explaining the scientific literature rather than prescribing that protocol to an individual.
Manufacturing, customer service, and fulfillment
The independent seller or manufacturer remains responsible for product delivery, fulfillment, customer service, warranty administration, repair, replacement, and other obligations associated with the product it sells. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Regulatory status
H2HUBB's internal testing, performance standards, approval, and marketplace designations are not government regulatory approvals. Unless specifically stated for a particular product, H2HUBB's evaluation should not be interpreted as FDA approval, CE certification, or any other governmental or medical-device regulatory authorization.
Consumer responsibility
H2HUBB provides independent performance information intended to help consumers make more informed decisions. The final decision to purchase and use a product remains with the consumer, and actual outcomes can depend on many factors outside H2HUBB's control.
