H2HUBB TAKEAWAY

This narrative review examined the available molecular-hydrogen literature. Although the administration of molecular hydrogen (H₂, dihydrogen) has been recognized as an effective innovative therapeutic procedure in biomedicine, H₂ cellular kinetics and utilization seems to be less understood. The reviewed evidence supports molecular hydrogen's therapeutic potential. Additional well-designed studies are needed to clarify clinical safety and effectiveness.

Main Findings Across the Literature
