H2 Respire 150 Hydrogen Inhaler Review, Test Results & Discount
Product Review & Independent Test Results
Review the product overview, H2HUBB testing information, measured performance when available, pricing, specifications, and buying guidance.
This H2 Respire 150 review covers a compact portable hydrogen inhaler manufactured by Qlife Hydrogen Solutions. The current H2 Respire 150 Plus supports pure-hydrogen inhalation, a manufacturer-configured Brown’s gas inhaler mode, and hydrogen-water production with a Nano Stick diffusion accessory. This page includes independent H2HUBB test results, inhaled-H₂ estimates, hydrogen-water measurements, specifications, safety guidance, pricing, and the current H2 Respire 150 discount.
Independent H2HUBB testing of the original H2R-150 measured approximately 145.14 mL/min of pure molecular hydrogen at SATP. The Nano Stick produced approximately 1.35 mg/L in 500 mL and approximately 1.25 mg/L in one liter after ten minutes. The current Plus version retains a manufacturer-rated 150 mL/min pure-H₂ output, but the Plus configuration was released after the tested unit and was not separately evaluated in the 2021 H2HUBB report.
H2 Respire 150 Review & Independent Test Results
H2 Respire 150 Review & Test Results
The H2 Respire 150 is a compact portable hydrogen inhaler manufactured by Qlife Hydrogen Solutions. The system uses PEM/SPE membrane electrolysis and a dedicated hydrogen outlet to produce pure molecular hydrogen for inhalation. It can also direct hydrogen through a Nano Stick diffusion accessory to produce hydrogen-rich water.
The current manufacturer offering is marketed as the H2 Respire 150 Plus. The Plus version retains a manufacturer-rated pure-hydrogen output of 150 mL/min while adding an upgraded cooling system, resin filtration, a pure-hydrogen kit, and a manufacturer-configured Brown’s gas inhaler kit.
H2HUBB’s independent report was completed in August 2021 on the original H2R-150, serial number H2R210600007. The Plus version was released later and was not separately evaluated in that report. The measured results below therefore apply specifically to the original tested configuration.
Portable Hydrogen Inhaler Performance
Independent H2HUBB gas-displacement testing measured approximately 145.14 mL/min of pure molecular hydrogen at SATP. This corresponds to approximately 12.0 mg/min of hydrogen production and closely confirms the original manufacturer-rated output of 150 mL/min.
Using the current H2HUBB inhaled-H₂ concentration model, the verified flow corresponds to approximately 0.65–0.74% estimated inhaled hydrogen at an adult resting minute ventilation of 6.5–7.5 L/min.
VE, or minute ventilation, is the total volume of air a person breathes per minute. H2HUBB’s model applies approximately 20 seconds of active inhalation during each minute of nasal-cannula use, producing an effective inhalation-phase hydrogen delivery of approximately 48.38 mL/min.
Actual inhaled concentration varies with minute ventilation, breathing pattern, cannula fit, mouth breathing, tubing length, tubing resistance, and gas leakage. Because of its moderate portable output, the H2 Respire 150 is best positioned as a compact single-user inhaler rather than a multi-user system.
Brown’s Gas Inhaler Configuration
Qlife currently supplies the Plus version with a Brown’s gas inhaler or oxyhydrogen adapter kit. The manufacturer rates the Brown’s gas mode at approximately 225 mL/min of total gas, consisting of approximately two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen.
H2HUBB’s 2021 report evaluated the original system’s pure-hydrogen output and did not independently test the later Plus model’s oxyhydrogen adapter configuration. The 225 mL/min Brown’s gas specification should therefore be identified as a manufacturer rating rather than an independently verified H2HUBB result.
Use only the manufacturer-supplied Brown’s gas adapter, dual-inlet cannula, tubing, and operating instructions. Pure-hydrogen accessories and oxyhydrogen accessories should not be interchanged unless Qlife specifically approves the configuration.
H2 Respire 150 Hydrogen Water Test Results
The original H2R-150 was also tested with Qlife’s specialized Nano Stick diffusion stone. H2HUBB used distilled water at approximately 65–70°F and measured dissolved hydrogen after ten minutes of bubbling.
- 500 mL Test: Approximately 1.35 mg/L, delivering approximately 0.68 mg of dissolved H₂
- One-Liter Test: Approximately 1.25 mg/L, delivering approximately 1.25 mg of dissolved H₂
- Infusion Time: Ten minutes
- Test Method: H2Blue titration with results converted to SATP
The one-liter test delivered the greater total hydrogen dose because of the larger volume, even though its measured concentration was slightly lower. A 500 mL serving delivered approximately 0.68 mg, while one liter delivered approximately 1.25 mg.
Actual hydrogen-water performance may vary with water volume, temperature, diffusion-stone cleanliness, tubing condition, flow rate, glass shape, ambient exposure, and how quickly the water is consumed after bubbling.
H2HUBB Safety and Operational Assessment
H2HUBB identified low-water protection, tilt protection, water-quality monitoring, internal ventilation, a large heat sink, reservoir-status lights, and a cleaning function. The original system used distilled or approved reverse-osmosis water in a 550 mL reservoir.
Based on its independently measured hydrogen output, verified hydrogen-water performance, operating controls, and evaluated safety architecture, the original H2R-150 received the H2HUBB Seal of Approval.
The Seal and H2HUBB test results apply to the original configuration evaluated in 2021. The current Plus model retains the same manufacturer-rated pure-H₂ output but includes later hardware and accessory changes that were not independently retested in this report.
Keep the cannula tip, Brown’s gas adapter, tubing, Nano Stick, and all generated gas away from flames, smoking materials, static discharge, sparks, heating elements, and every other ignition source.
Qlife advises allowing the machine to cool for at least one hour following approximately three hours of continuous operation. Users should also follow the current resin-filter replacement, water-change, cleaning, and cannula-maintenance instructions supplied with the Plus model.

H2HUBB Test-Model Disclosure
H2HUBB evaluated the original H2R-150 in August 2021. The tested unit carried serial number H2R210600007 and produced approximately 145.14 mL/min of pure molecular hydrogen.
Qlife identifies the current product as the H2R-150 Plus, released after the evaluated unit. The Plus version adds an upgraded cooling system, resin filters, and a standard Brown’s gas adapter kit. It retains the same stated 150 mL/min pure-H₂ rating but was not independently retested in the uploaded H2HUBB report.
The H2HUBB Seal of Approval displayed on this page is therefore based on the original tested H2R-150 configuration.
